Oakmore Construction is a family run business. Frank & Cathy Moreno have brought both their skill sets together to give you their absolute best.

Frank & Cathy put God first in their life followed only by their family of three children, spouses and six grand children who affectionately call them Papa & Mimi. Following the same examples of both sets of parents, family is everything to them along with making an honest days living. They have been been married for 36 years, and though originally lived in Lindsay, they have since made Visalia their home.

Frank has spent most his life in the building industry. Before general contracting, Frank spent close to 25 years designing, building & installing cabinets. He built & installed cabinets in both homes & businesses from Los Angeles clear up to Oregon. Finish carpentry goes hand in hand with cabinets and Frank has done his fair share. Frank puts his talents to use by adding custom work to each home; whether it be a ship lap mud room wall, custom bench or other project, it’s always a welcome sight. He started building & remodeling homes about 16 years ago which led him to getting his own general contracting license in 2021.

Cathy has also been around various forms of construction throughout her life. Her background though is in bookkeeping. In 2005, she started working full time in home building and remodeling. This time it was not only doing the bookkeeping; she began working with clients on product & color selections. She is an avid researcher of products which helps them keep up in an ever changing industry. She has even staged a few of their homes, which she absolutely loves to do. Cathy holds a real estate license under Avedian Properties Company and lists completed spec homes.
